We are a group of teachers who wanted to create a system for our own use in school. We worked with a software company who helped us to create what we believe is the only truly individualised scheme in the country.

We wanted the programs to:

• motivate our students to work harder.

• provide a system which tutors, tests, sets homeworks at the appropriate level for each of our students.

• aid our students in their understanding.

• give the students support when they were having problems understanding difficult topics.

• give us information about individual problems the students were having.

• provide us with a detailed Key Stage Level. From 3c up to 8a

• give the students opportunities to work on their weaknesses.

• provide a system which encourages the children to work with one another when they were struggling. Individual questions means no more copying from one another.
